FormApp for Google Forms is a free iOS application that allows you to create, edit and manage all your Google forms on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod. The app boasts tons of templates to choose from, and you can also import questions from existing forms. You can add collaborators or editors to your forms and receive notifications whenever someone submits a response.
This app allows you to scan questions using your camera, images from the photo library, and doc, pdf, ppt files from the Files app. FormApp also offers three modes to view responses: Summary, Questions, and Individual responses mode. You can export responses in CSV or Excel file format, view them in beautiful graphs in summary mode, and record responses in mp4 file format and share them on social media platforms.
With FormApp, you can set feedback with URL links, set points and correct answers, add response validation, and add images and videos. The app also allows you to filter form responses based on date, email, questions, and score.
